She's flying for sure, but to my knowledge Icarus was a boy. You're pretty close in terms of release date though.

They're wings alright, but I am not sure they're made of steel. Incorrect, but thinking in the right direction.
Correct! She flies strange wings indeed, what with one of them kind of attached to nothing (I intentionally kept this picture with that weird error in there as a hint).
