Looks like “Stormy Weather” by Arlen and Koehler.
- Correct! Since I'm new at this, could you name one or both of the first popular singers (when I said artist that's what I meant). I will post the title with the premiere or secondary famous singer when you name them or enough time passes.
  
  Ethel Waters and Duke Ellington did early versions. Lena Horne sang it for the movies I think. Depends how famous you like your famous, I suppose.
