1 day ban for spamming, yet the comment I made was unique

I am being unfairly targeted with temp bans despite doing my best to follow the moderators requests.

- All of the "Boo hoo I was banned" posts lead to someone showing the mod-log, and the (temp)ban being completely justified.
  
  I honestly can’t be bothered to even check at this point. Unless your boo-hoo post comes with extensive receipts I’m assuming you were in the wrong and downvoting.
  
  If supporting evidence does arrive I’ll gladly switch my vote but haven’t had to yet.

Obvious answer is to move to an instance that does moderation properly.
- You want an instance that allows someone to spam the same comment on every thread?
