Low-income therapy resources (USA)

Prefacing this by saying I live in the US, therefore the obvious answers do not apply.

So, obviously by posting here, I am a victim of child abuse. Physically, sexually, emotionally, the whole nine yards for 16 straight years. I haven't been able to secure a career because of my lack of structure, thus leaving me with no health insurance or significant income. I'm trying college again, so I'm only working part time. I've applied for my state's Medicare/Medicaid and they still wanted me to pay over $150 per month. Starting.

I need regular therapy, but it seems I just cannot afford it in any way. The most I can spend is like $60 a month on therapy if I prioritize it. Can't imagine many psychology graduates working for that low of pay.

Anyone know of low-income/uninsured avenues for a guy to talk with a professional?
