Title: Flip Flappers Blu-ray volume 6 cover
Artist: tanuIt's Cocona and Papika from the anime Flip Flappers. I'm cheating a little bit here because in this scene they're actually just falling, but they had to use Papika's hoverboard to get up there. I'll allow it because it's happy and pretty.
I crossposted this to /r/Moescape. Now I have a feeling it's not the right Awwnime sub for this, but I hope they like it anyway.
