How do you contact/hire a sex worker?

Just as the title says, but as for why I(M) would do that, is just that I am not confident when it is time to be with girls

Pretty much the same as you would hire anyone else. You call or e-mail and make an appointment.

There are websites where they advertise and/or where people can leave reviews, rubmaps was one for Asian massage stuff, I don't know what the hot ones are these days
Look at your city/town as a hashtag on Twitter along with related words (like escort, as RadioactiveFrenulum mentioned). Depending on where you are, there probably is other lingo.
