For anyone coming from /all, a frog stitch is a knitting joke. When you messed up at some point in the past, the only solution is to rip it out.
When you’re hours past the mistake, it can be very painful, but you have to rip it, rippit, ribbit.
Hence you’re frogging or frog stitching.
