What scales do you use?
I managed to break my scales over the weekend. So was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good budget set
Greater Goods makes good scales at a solid price. I'm going on 3+ years with their basic one.

The biggest drawback is they're not the biggest, but they're cost effective.

1 0 ReplyYou... weigh your coffee?
3 2 ReplyYes. Weighing the beans helps a LOT with consistency. Trying to measure them by eye can have you off by more than a third sometimes.
And weighing the water is convenient and easy if you're already weighing beans.
