After a Vietnamese restaurant in northeast Portland shut down on Sunday because of an odor complaint filed anonymously by a neighbor, local and state leaders are pushing back on the city’s “smell” ordinance.
Here's the original article I came across bout Pho Gabo closing.
And it looks like Multnomah County will be suspending the ordinance after public outcry.
