[SOLVED] What do I do if my order has been "To be sent" for days now?
So, I bought a Google Pixel 7a. I ordered it from Prime Gadgets, through skroutz.gr (I live in Greece). Ever since I placed that order, it's been on "To be sent" for several days. To make matters worse, yesterday, the ETA changed from (22-2-2024 to 26-2-2024) to (23-2-2024 to 26-2-2024). What should I do?
Edit: This has been solved. it just got updated with an ETA of 27-2-2024 and now mentions a specific courier. No further advice is needed. Thanks for the help.

You do realize that processing orders can take several days right?
Seems like that were a single day late and it shouldn't significantly affect the delivery date. I couldn't worry about it until the 26th. They might have had a rough day in the shipping warehouse.

Did they charge you yet? I believe they can't charge you before the send the item (at least that's how it works in my country). I would probably just cancel the order and order it somewhere else with better delivery.
How does it work in your country when they send the item, and then you don't have enough money for them to charge?
I'm pretty sure they have. Not 100% sure though.
