LOL I'm sure I will not be having Druid/bear sex. BUT, I like that there is so much choice for people. I can create a character that looks like me, or some fantasy character. I can ignore romance, or pick who I want to have a romance with. This makes the game very appealing to just about everyone. I know some people feel if you give other people the choice to have a gay relationship that it takes away from them somehow. Makes no sense.
On the other hand, I played other games in the past where I had to play a premade character. I'm gay and the premade character had the chance to sleep with women in the game. I chose not to. So I'm glad there is choice in the character I make with Baldur's Gate 3.
Yes! They seemed very interested in giving the players their choices, instead of following a linear storytelling path. I will probably never have a gay relationship in the game (nor the bear one ;) ), but it's great that they leave the choice to the player, rather than making that decision themselves, exactly like playing with a good DM
