The Falcons plan to hire Rams defensive coordinator Raheem Morris as their head coach, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter, after a search that included 14 candidates, including Bill Belichick.

Guess they didn't want Belichick constantly doghousing Allgeier and Bijan.
Well, this is gonna set the Falcons back another 4 years.
I was never really sold on BB anyway but was this guy the best option available?

I think his last 3 seasons have put a doubt into the minds of every owner and GM as to whether he's a great coach or not.He's definitely a great coach, but he's a terrible GM. If he was interviewing and demanding the GM role, that would be why anyone passes on him.
