We really need it though, its going to be a very hot and dry summer. More rain now helps the plants and animals make it through the tough summer to come.
I love a good shower, we go for so long without it, its nice to hear it on the tin roof.
Fun fact: Perth gets more rain than Melbourne. We just get it all out of the way in winter and then enjoy nine months of great weather.
