No information on what these "fair and simple" tax changes are though...
1 11 ReplyTheir tax policy was already announced regarding their wealth tax and income tax adjustments.
Iirc very terse summary: 1.5% tax on net wealth > $4M; income tax reduction for <$125k pa incomes, tax increase for >$125k pa incomes.

5 1 ReplyI didn't. I pointed out that RNZ made no mention of the actual tax changes in their story, which I think is somewhat slack on their behalf.

This information is posted in many places. If you actually care to know, a quick Google search would have turned up many articles on their proposed tax changes. Here is one of many.
