It’s just more “and they’ll pay for it” like The Wall. He’s blackmailing entire economies to get credit for fixing complex drug and border issues by using his masterful business acumen.
- Think Canada might be willing to help pay for that one.
  
  We already do. We've had a common law enforcement sharing agreement if I recall since 9/11.
