The Ocean is clearly planning an invasion using the Global Warming tactic, let's see how Netherlands combats this.
We just finished upgrading the Afsluitdijk to new height and width, and the delta works had an upgrade a couple of years ago.
The only flooding that ever happens is when the enemy launches an unexpected paradrop behind our lines.
the scheme remains a thought experiment ... too "extreme" to be pursued.
Challenge accepted.
