Sounds like me 2 days ago. Climbed into bed, yawning my head off, tired as all get out but couldn’t settle to sleep. After 2 hours I gave up. Stayed up and fell asleep at 8am and then only managed 4 hours sleep total. Just an off time for me. Happens once in a blue moon, but it’s because I’m stressed over something. Had no issues the next night though 😅
