  • Jfc, the firsttime I had birria, I was dating a girl in high school from mexico. Her mom liked me a lot, so I got invited to dinner for the six or seven months we dated.

    It was so fucking good. Like so good you wanna go slap something and crow like a madman madman good.

    Then they had to move, and it was years before I had it again. We finally got a decent Mexican place in our smallish town that did a good birria. Not as good as Sra. Mendoza's, but pretty damn good. Ngl, I missed her cooking more than her daughter lol.
