Will RuSSia attack civilian Ships in International Waters?
Highly likely. They take a lot of unnecessary actions to try to escalate this war.
Not unless they're carrying ammunition like the ones Germany shot in WW1. /S
To be fair the WW1 civilian ships were carrying ammo. Lusitania is the notorious example.
Fucking Germans, won't let even ammo take a vacation.
