Why is USAID investigating Starlink?
- Because Starlink took money from them and then used their satellites to help Americas enemy.
- I guess because they took govt money and possibly didn't deliver?
  
  Is USAID investigating Juan Guaidó? They gave him 50 million and bro underdelivered, to say the least
  
  It's harder to prosecute non-Americans I guess.
