Breakfast meals are perfect any time of the day. The only one I have trouble with is pancakes. It eliminates dessert as all that syrup is sweet enough. I understand that's a personal problem for me. I gotta put a cap on that sugar intake.
Breakfast is delicious, but I can't stand eating it in the morning (or any food, for that matter). Never understood how people can just wake up hungry. My appetite doesn't kick in until around 2pm.
