That's not true. ACAB everywhere, including Europe.
yeah but cops don't go round killing people so people don't go round thinking about killing cops. The system's just as corrupt but it stops short of murder.
Well, cops are responsible for quite a few murders/homicides over here and I'm quite sure that the intention of the meme is quite as crass.
