During hurricane Sandy a fire broke out in a neighborhood in Queens. Over 100 homes burned down in the middle of a fucking hurricane.
They're American. They can't afford cholesterol medication.
Oh wow, I completely forgot about these. Like most things in my childhood I had hand-me-downs so I only had a few tattered pieces.
Lion King 1 1/2 sounds pretty entertaining.
That was fun. It feels like a top tier Troma movie. I want to track down the original with Bruce Campbell in the lead.
Ok, those are definitely worse. Jesus, was that Creed album a CD-ROM?
Hotdogs have so much salt that bacteria can't live on them. Science.
Ok, that looks sufficiently nuts for my taste. I'll watch it tonight.
Yeah, that would ruin the joke. If everyone hates him it's farcical. If one person likes him then everyone else becomes a monster.
This one is great and really overlooked especially given who's involved. Now you've got me going down the rabbit hole watching all the old shorts by these guys and Josh Becker.
Ok, the time stamped one is pretty rough. They don't usually play his reaction with such honesty.
I find it funny because of the sheer absurdity of it. There's absolutely no reason to dislike Jerry. He affable and unassuming, a good family man and just generally a good guy. Yet everyone inexplicably hates him, even Chris. It's makes absolutely no sense and that disconnect is what makes it funny to me.
If they hated him for a reason it would be mean spirited. Instead, it's just over the top silly and fits in with the humor of the show.
The bit where Leslie throws his painting in the lake is one of my favorite moments. It's just so exorbitantly stupid that it makes me laugh.
I had to look this up to see if it was real. That is probably the absolute worst cover art I have ever seen for a mainstream album. These guys were one of the biggest rock bands out there and that's the best they could muster? Even if that is the cover they wanted (which is hard to imagine) I'm sure Epic spent a small fortune on promoting this record. How did this get a green light from the label? I'm not criticizing Pearl Jam's music in any way but, damn, visual artists they were not.
I'll go one even further. Before JNCO existed we'd just go to the thrift store and buy the largest size pants we could find. Pair a 48" waist pant with a XXL tshirt when you were 28" and youth large and you were at the height of skate fashion.
Wait, so you just bailed on your girlfriend?
Your mom is handing them out for free.
Thoughts on Schick Injector?
It's the only safely razor I've ever used and it has proprietary blades. I wondering how they compare to other blades and if it would be in my interest to switch to a different razor. I know some people are going to say go Feather or go home but what about other available options?
Can you retrieve hidden posts?
I have my feed set to hide posts after I've scrolled past them but it seems once they are gone they're gone. Is there a way to see things you've hidden if I want to revisit a post?
Anyone else having trouble with word filters?
I need a break from news in middle east and added some keywords to filter out but it doesn't seen to be working.
To clarify, the words should be comma separated, no?
Will there be a history function?
Boost for reddit had a "history" feature in the lateral menu showing all posts that you clicked on.
Expand/zoom images in comments?
Right now images in the comments are fixed to the thread width and I can't open them or zoom in to see detail.

Los Angeles weirdo from the early 80's. Avant garde death rock? I figured some fans of post punk would dig this.
