EDIT: Symphonie (twitter:@symphoniefood (they don't have a website, email [email protected] to get on their daily specials mail list) is open 730am-2pm Monday to Friday. They have a non Filipino special as well as a Filipino special as well as all day Filipino breakfast. The Sinigang is an "every other Monday" special. It's great. A bit spicy with taro often and not too greasy unlike my mother's version (RIP Mom!)!
