Springmade Strap Long~sh term review
  • I wonder if the difference is related to how tight you like to stretch the elastic around your wrist and what kinds of thigs you're doing (sweating / swimming).

  • IRC is the Only Viable Chat Protocol
  • Meh.... The fact that I can log on after a while and read all of messages sent before I left makes some of the async-supporting chat applications more appealing to me.

  • Seiko SARB017, fully serviced and regulated.
  • 6r movement has mad positional variance ... What happens of you rotate it 90 degrees and wait 20 seconds?

  • Seiko Alpinist
  • You talking about the rotating compass chapter ring or the minute track inboard of the chapter ring?

  • SDF Mastodon
  • Whi FAQ are you looking at?

  • WEB 4.69
  • Actually yeah. It feels like voice / videos were kind of tacked on. There isn't a really good web based chat tool that doesn't require some sign in and configuration. File transfer isn't like that and people can easily drop links to third party services in any chat.

  • YSK there are sites that offer you a temporary email address for signing up for services that require one (like some Lemmy servers)
  • Another option: Gmail supports the "+" operator. If your email address is: [email protected]

You can use an email like [email protected]

To sign up for eBay. Now you can filter all of the garbage sent to that address easily! Bonus, you get to see who's selling your data which is always frustrating and entertaining.

In what context are you asking about the definition of a "member"? SDF has lots of different memberships. Lemmy, shell accounts, Mastodon, etc.

For general questions about lemmy, you might have lots of luck over in https://lemmy.ml/c/asklemmy

  • I think the "make a donation" button on the homepage will work to support pretty much anything the org needs. I've used it before for Mastodon upgrades and when they needed cash for them MetaArpa cluster upgrades.

  • But discord supports sending messages to people who are offline. It kind of breaks the paradigm if certain features require full synchronous communication. Maybe supporting p2p transfers during a video / voice chat would work though.

  • What's the best Android/iPhone app for Lemmy?
  • Now supports "mark read on scroll" if you like to keep the Frontpage fresh. So good!

  • One reason we care about this is because we can choose to or to not purchase small fractions of these public companies and become partial owners. This information is useful in making investment decisions.

  • SLGA009 I got last year
  • Oof. Gorgeous.

  • SDF Mastodon
  • They are separate applications with separate logins. Go ahead and sign up for a new account on mastodon.sdf.org.

  • Looking good!

  • Did posts get wiped? (SOLVED)
  • Stupid question: In your settings, do you have "hide read posts" checked?
