How untreated ADHD can trap you in depression
I feel this to my soul. And for the longest time I didn't know it was ADHD. I just thought I was a lazy piece of shit.
I feel like many autistic people fall into these two extremes
That does fully depend on my ADHD and if I'm on antidepressants or not.
