If you had to pick a character to remove from the game forever, which character would it be?
  • I respect your opinion, however as someone who likes Valk, and often mains her, I wouldn't want her removed.

I think most Warframes have a place in the game honestly. Maybe my pick would be Excalibur since we have Styanax now but I'm sure there's some Excalibur lovers around. Also, on the topic of Excalibur, would that mean I ALSO would remove Excalibur Umbra and Excalibur Prime, or just excal prime? Because If not then we also have umbra as a backup.

  • Open the sub up already.
  • I went to find Warframe info on Reddit yesterday and couldn't due to the lockdown (obviously). I just swapped my search criteria elsewhere and ended up in the Warframe forums with the answer I needed. People need to come to the realization that Reddit won't be around forever and you need to also be able to find information in other places as well, it's a good skill to have in life.

  • Reddit CEO tells employees that subreddit blackout “will pass”
  • Yea this blackout needs to be indefinite at this point if we want Reddit to actually make changes.

  • Ya this blackout needs to be indefinite at this point if we want any actual reddit changes.

  • Will there be support for additional instances any time soon?
  • You are able to just type in the URL of the instance you want in that drop-down menu, even if it doesn't show and then login as normal.

  • So if you're on the website on your desktop you copy the URL of the instance+community you want to join (an example would be "https://yiffit.net/c/furry" , for their furry community). Copy that URL and go back to your home base instance of Lemmy pawb.social. From there click the search icon in the upper right, paste the URL into the search box and see if any results come up. If they do, click on one to be navigated through your pawb.social instance into the yiffit instance with that community and click subscribe.

If you use the Jeroba for Lemmy app on Android you can just click the menu icon (second from the left) and make a search for the community name (i.e. "furry) and it should pop up with all the instances that have a community named furry.

It's not too bad in Jeroba, but the Lemmy website's default behavior is a lot of steps + searching just to subscribe.

  • Hi! I'm slowly finding my way, it is different than Reddit. The cross-federated instances is weird but it's slowly making sense.

  • Are you able to type in the instance name where the drop-down options are?

  • It's still really fun. The multiplayer still holds up and using the custom game browser you can find some just stupid fun games. Also, the campaigns are still good if that's your jam. Highly worth at $10

  • Look at that accuracy!
  • I'm glad that Warframe is also opening up a community on Lemmy!
