"It's completely fine" by who? Most trans people do not want to be referred to by their deadname - especially in the way this title phrases it. Most people wouldn't know the deadname anyway, everyone just knew her from the "Leave Britney alone" video. To clarify, the title could easily have mentioned she's trans but to just throw out the deadname especially phrased in such a way is just ignorant and harmful, regardless of intent.

Self-storage. Try not to start rental during the summer/spring, prices are way higher than winters. If you're storing short term with items that are easily bought new, I would suggest just getting rid of them and buying new. I see a ton of people who store thinking they'll be out in 3 months and end up staying a year and spending way more than the items were ever worth. This is especially true for home renovations, those take up at least 50% more time than you think they will. If you smell something funky throughout a large part of the floor, don't store on that floor. It's most likely caused by mouse issues. Try to store in an elevator access unit instead of ground level. They're usually more secure, tend to not have mouse issues, and end up cleaner because they're lower traffic.

The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini! I've read it too many times. It's a really good hero's journey and the characters are all really interesting. Plus it's focused on dragons and magic and elves and dwarves, lots of cool creativity that goes on in the world. And I just really enjoy Paolini's world-building. He's very good at it and it stays consistent. There are two wars that I remember, one is a small-scale thing that sets a lot of events in motion, and the other is the big climax at the end of the series. It's my favourite series next to The Dark Tower. I'd highly recommend it!
Yeah, it's about having the choice
I'd argue it's a bigger moral choice than no usb-c display out. And the $8 dongle doesn't resolve it. I find that I use wired headphones while charging my phone about 30% of the time, making 30% of my time using them either vastly inconvenient or time that I can't use my wired earphones. The good vs evil comes in when you think about why they removed the jack - which was only to sell their wireless buds. There is no other reason that stands any questioning.
And it's a phone that I would've considered if it had one.
I could list dozens of reasons but at the end of the day it comes down to having the option and making the choice, instead of having it made by some company. And as someone who repairs their own phones, 3.5mm jacks really don't take a lot of space. It's definitely not enough to make a substantial improvement to battery size. You question the point of having them, I question the point of removing them when they were (and still are) a universal standard with not many downsides.
