  • @sputtersalt It looks just like a normal post with normal comments. Mastodon doesn't really display threading, so it doesn't show like it would over there. If I click a post, it will take me to where it is in the thread, but in general it's just a list of comments under the post, sorted by timestamp. I assume it's more friendly on other apps, but I'm not really sure.

  • @vis4valentine It's interesting how many different types of sites can post to the #fediverse. With something like Lemmy, it's a bit of black magic to me, since it's such a different style of post.

    I get how it works in theory, but do you choose which posts get sent over here? What about comments? Do they come over with all of the threading stuff you'd expect on a site like that?
