Great that we see more and more apps popping up so quickly!
However, I find it weird that for an app based on the Fediverse, you'd refer to Discord which for all we know could have the same faith as Twitter and Reddit.
That was amazing :D
I want one!
It's great to see more clients popping up. While the basic design of the feed and comment section are well thought out, I still prefer a native Swift UI application to a React Native application. I get why it's using React Native, but still.
Great job though!

We had a lot of fun with V Rising. It's a bit like Diablo I'd say, but with base building and crafting and the level is based entirely on gear, so if someone misses a few sessions you can just craft one extra set of the latest armor you unlocked and they are on your level instantly.
I like smaller smartphones (say, the iPhone 12/13 mini), but 3 inches is a bit too tiny for modern mobile apps if you ask me.
It's nice if you already have GFN, but I wouldn't say it's a killer feature, as you can already stream Game Pass games with xCloud at no additional cost anyways, right?
In case of Diablo IV in my opinion Blizzard has a good track record of keeping game servers online for years and years.
That being said, the game does have some weird server hopping mechanic that you can't turn off, meaning it seems to switch servers while you're playing, which isn't always as seamless as you'd hope it would be. Also, at least for me, it sometimes selects servers with >100ms latency, which is quite noticeable of course.
The mission where the janitor gives you his Walkman in Control, where you're in that weird room killing heaps of enemies. Couldn't stop smiling and appreciating the scene with the great music.
Some people reported that the GuliKit sticks have an "outer deadzone" of sorts, where the stick already registers that it's pushed 100% to the outside at around 70%. I'm wondering if this new version is still like that.
While I'm coping that Christian "ports" Apollo over to work with Lemmy, I love what you guys are doing with Mlem. I'm in the beta via TestFlight and what's there works quite well (even though you can clearly tell it's early days).
I'm very new to iOS development, but if I find the time and motivation I might put in the hours to contribute a feature or two.
At $0.24 per 1,000 API calls, this must be the most inefficient backend code to ever exist if that's "fair pricing" as opposed to ridiculous pricing.
Pretty cool if you ask me. Sure, it uses a lot of existing software like WINE, but it seems to be working quite well overall. People have already gotten games like Diablo IV and Cyberpunk to work. Take a look here: https://www.applegamingwiki.com/wiki/Game_Porting_Toolkit.
I'm not gaming on my MacBook anyway (I have a PC as well), but I'll probably try it just to see how well it works on my M1 Max 24-core GPU.
