North Carolina Republican Pleads To End Right-Wing Conspiracy Theories On Helene Disaster Relief
  • It's almost as if spending the last 40 years attacking intellectualism/education, painting any form of governance as overreaching, and saying Democrats want to ruin the US - has negative consequences that are biting Republicans in the ass. Who'da thunk it!? Weird...

  • Harris rejects Trump's idea to debate her on FOX with live audience.

His behavior during the NABJ interview was classic Donny: a narcissist doing everything he could to deflect and avoid been held to account for his prior words/behavior.

My main method of moving back and forth was to keep my personal data on a separate disk from the OS disk. That way I could always take my data with me when I changed OSes or VMs.

  • Questions about running Linux in a VM on Windows
  • I think it's far less invasive to setup a Linux VM that can be thrown away vs. setting up dual booting.

With Hyper-V or Virtualbox the OP can have a Linux distribution installed and booting very quickly without fear of disrupting his current Windows installation.

  • Sound Off: How many 10+ year redditors have left the site?
  • 16+ years. Learned about it from Joel Spolsky's blog.

I pretty much agree 100% with your characterization of the decline and your overall experience.

I also hadn't realized how dysfunctional Reddit had become or how much I'd tried to adapt to that dysfunction.
