I watched a home reno show on HGTV where one episode was kinda out in bumfuck California and they had a big tank for water and a truck would come and refill it routinely.
Did this plus with Apple Pencil I could take detailed notes/highlights on the PDF texts, plus take notes of the lecture slides PDFs directly on the iPad.
Sometimes you need the simplified building blocks before you can grasp the full scope, though, and sometimes the professors don’t provide the building blocks but the YouTuber does. So the “core concept” videos end up helping you understand the professor’s details.
In fact, if there was any rich person I’d label as crazy and obsessive and self centered enough to comb through individual tweets it would be Elon.
As an American, I think it’s one of those dumb things that before technology made stuff easier it made sense. But technology advanced and companies didn’t because the impetuous would be on them and “can’t have that”. Kind of like how checks are still used much more in the States compared to Europe where they’re for all intents and purposes obsolete, because the US didn’t adopt sensible free bank transfers in the same way Europe did.
Just to add on to this, for those who want to understand just how dumb and minute it is, I have different sales tax rates in different parts of my city. 🙃
