So nobody should ever volunteer for anything? How does a nonprofit offering an unpaid internship force people to take another job? How is it any different from that listing just not being there? When you're looking for a job you already have to filter out the myriad of jobs that don't work for you.

Not to mention, it's a charity for human rights. I'm sure they'd be the first ones to tell you not to take the position if you can't afford to volunteer.
