Gov pledges to extend tram line to Manchester Airport - where it already exists

@Emperor @echo64 yeah and the fact they're going to start selling off of all the land they've purchased for the line immediately means Labour can't even resurrect HS2.

Personally I think just using that land to build a "normal" line would be a cheaper but great compromise.
