I donโt care about the overall numbers, but being able to see who accepted to be followed or who follows someone helps for reputation evaluation: friends of friends may be friends / friends of suckers must be suckers. And yes, I know it can also serve the bad ones to get a list of people to harassโฆ

@[email protected] unless I misunderstood what you asked, you donโt really use it "as a server for Mastodon", you use it "as an alternative server for ActivityPub that is compatible with Mastodon and other Fediverse clients / servers". Which means, it has its benefits (light, written in C, BSD oriented, etc) but also may have a few drawbacks; I canโt list them but think about missing features (compared to Mastodon) and/or compatibility issues with some other software.
