No. The map is huge and you can spend easily hundreds of hours playing it. It can be also "boring" because it's very realistic, so a sudden change of the wind direction can reveal you to your prey after hours of stakeout.
All the DLC adds new maps or weapons, but the base game is solid if you like the genre.
