I'm not so sure. I mean if we only look at numbers, that's true. But we should also consider the capabilities too. Hamas killed over a thousand Israelis in one day without even having any advanced weapons.
If roles were reversed, I don't think Hamas would have hesitated to flatten the Gaza by now.
