  • Don't get scared. Even when you f*ck up the most you can just wipe out the theme related files from your home folder and start from scratch. GNOME is probably the least customizable, among DEs KDE, XFCE, LXDE, MATE, they all work well, or you could also try tiling wms or classic wms like fvwm..

  • OK So I just tried this on my iPhone 5s, iOS 12.5.5, jailbroken using unc0ver. I installed the deb file from Github releases (couldn't install from repo, says 404) and installed the jetsam patch, removed it, rebooted, launched mini browser but it does not work. When I start the app, the address bar shows something weird like "hts/wbi.r/%00%00%00%00%00%..." and the screen remains white, the progress bar loads(?) and stops when it reaches the end of the screen, even when I enter another URL and attempt to connect I get nothing on the screen, and the address bar text changes but it's still weird. (For example if I enter old.reddit.com it changes to "hts/odrdi.o/o%00%02%00%18%00..." and in some cases while the progress bar loads the address bar suddenly empties and the progress bar disappears)

  • What's your opinion on Opera browser?
  • It has been awesome until 2013 when they decided to make their browser a skin on top of Chromium. Now they had more UI revamps and it doesn't work or feel like Opera at all. I tried using it sometimes ago and now they even got those weird huge buttons..

  • Wonderful, hope this gets usable enough soon!

I hope I can use this on my iPhone 5s later though it won't be easy due to it's incredibly tiny RAM.

BTW, can we get an ad blocker like uBO on Android Fenix by any chance?

  • Nexus 5 ported to Mobian
  • Awesome. In pmOS there are issues related to the GPU like not being able to turn the screen off, or X11 not working (only wayland), is there a status overview or list of nonworking features?

  • Slackware

    • the most rock stable distro imo. No systemd or snap stuff. Packages are almost (if not fully) vanilla version from upstream. Simple yet efficient unix-style approach to everything like package management, slackbuilds are really good too.
