I have been doing passive research on proton to maybe make a switch... I agree with you. At this point, i think I'd rather have my required services with multiple/different providers and use syncthing in-house whenever possible.
I use android auto and this has been killing me forever.. Until about 6 months ago. I found this app on FDroid. AutoNotify. I was never able to get Signal notifications on the speakers when connected to Android Auto. This fixed that. Check it out. It works.
It works. Been using it without fail.
I always see change logs in there. But that first other suggestion at the grapeneos website is the correct answer.
2 hour water timer
I've still got a note 3 in a drawer. Loved that phone. I fire it up once in a while.
Cabinets and drawers get filled up quickly in my kitchen. I feel like I'm always trying to find more room. It's a never ending process. Beautiful pot :)
There's a bunch of meal prep stuff if you search. This one looks good to me... You can freeze them

I have something similar. They work great for breakfast sandwiches.
Thanks. I'll check that out
It's been a while since I've had this one. Going to try it out again. Thanks
Thanks. It's been about a year since I've tried this one. Just grabbed it again. Trying to find alternatives for when I 'de-google' my life. Hopefully sooner than later
Any way to get live traffic? I'm not finding anything very useful online
Yes. In settings.
Got to Settings, then Gestures and Glide Typing to enable swipe.
It's not very accurate for me. But it does work.
Florisboard on F-Droid was looking real good for me, but they stopped updating 15 months ago. Currently in alpha. Not sure if it's still being worked on or abandoned.
Those worked by sound. No power was needed or generated by the remote.
From the article...
By pressing a button on the remote, you set off a spring-loaded hammer that strikes a solid aluminum rod in the device, which then rings out at an ultrasonic frequency.
I THINK I even remember, way back, random channel changes from tapping on a drinking glass or something similar... Cool tech for the time
Wireless dongle
Anyone have experience and an opinion on a solid wireless dongle brand? I'm leaning towards the Motorola one just because of the name and decent reviews.
