Report: Resident Evil 7 on iOS has earned Capcom $28,140 since launch
  • That's revenue, and not profit. If they funded the port themselves, and didn't take Apple money, this would absolutely be a huge loss. It also serves as a reminder that phones just aren't the right platform for games like this.

  • First-past-the-post hands the Labour Party all the power with 33.7% of the vote
  • Yeah, I definitely voted Liberal in the last few elections, but my vote is likely NDP in the next. I'm still very bitter about the broken promise of elections reform. I'm just pissed because that broken promise has all but guaranteed a Conservative majority next election because the "anyone but cons" vote will be split, and gain them a victory instead.

  • How to beat the Forest Temple in Ocarina of Time?
  • Hey, just in case you didn't know, you're currently playing in a stretched aspect ratio. I know it's filling your screen, but it's really not intended to be stretched like that. You should be able to use the menu in your tv to set it to 4:3 to fix it.

  • Made a DIY hard case for my Virtual Boy
  • Nice. I have one myself so that's why I recognized them. I actually got the first one that had a new non-salvaged from original carts connector. So the entire thing is brand new parts, which was important to me to not destroy an original VB game.

Ontario government moves forward with GO train expansion into Durham Region
  • Just another grand announcement with no real progress being made. I've been in Bowmanville for 10 years now, and even when I moved in it was a bit of a joke that all politicians would proudly talk about their big plans for bringing the GO Train here, and each candidate seeking re-election would go on about how they were supposedly instrumental to this. Here we are 10 years later, and the province has only just awarded a "planning contract", meaning they're not really any closer to shovels in ground. This thing will never be finished at this rate.
