So... here's a hot take I guess (disclaimer: i am an iphone user): People who are actively complaining about Apple having features that are unique to its platform don't know how products work. Apple created this technology and design themselves and other companies want to leech off the features. We should want competition like iMessage vs whatever Android uses. For anyone to basically say Google doesn't have the ability or resources to create an actual competitor is silly. They absolutely can make an alternative, but they choose not to. Google becomes complacent and progress slows or completely stops. I'd rather have a product that is FEATURE-FULL than feature-less. Additionally, this contact feature thing is neat, but I wouldn't call it a "game-changer" or revolutionary. It's similar to the super old ability that some cellular providers had/have where you could play a specific song instead of the calling tone.

The GOP loooooves to deflect, distract, and use straw-man arguments to avoid accountability. These people have no standards and use their agenda to continue to grift gullible, uneducated Americans.

You have one or two republicans who criticize Trump's actions but then they backtrack to continue licking boots. Like everyone has said: "no backbone" indeed.

What are they going to do? Like you said, anything could happen, but the record shows posting a gallows to hang representatives, breaking into the capital, and charging through federal grounds, looking for Mike Pence to hang. Scary stuff.

Also, starting July 1st, Florida is going to be a permitless concealed carry state. Anyone who can own a gun (read: everyone), will be allowed to carry freely. No training or background checks required.

With the trend that's following, I also don't think they'll ever give exemptions to apps. It's clear that the CEO is envious of 3rd party apps being sustainable and usability will surely gravitate more people towards said apps. And then the cycle continues.

While I don't share the same sentiment on the migration of users, you made a good point on the content. Most of the posts are just screenshots of tweets with a "funny" joke/caption as the title. There are even screenshots of replies of replies to a tweet. And they don't even link back to the actual tweet!

Wow, and I thought all the subs leaving + shutting down was bad enough. Now, advertisers are going to see this remaining subreddit flooded with racist and bigoted memes no doubt.

An appropriate legacy for the subreddit. Very "on brand." 🤣
