The Apple Health program does have an alarm in it but it doesn’t track sleep quality to determine its time limit. With an Apple Watch, the alarm can display on the watch, even silently with haptics. I tried using AutoWake and AutoSleep and felt that both were too feature-heavy and overwhelming in information density to be useful for my simple needs.
Oh, I had no idea. That must be pretty frustrating for the decent journalists who joined there.

I really like GitHub Desktop; it handles well the confusion of terminal commands and UI.
