Which hardware was the best for paper pencil / felt / pen feel? I recently posted about spare nibs for the default stylus that comes in the box. Which nibs do you recommend for good pen/felt like feel?
nibs spares
Hi. I have been delightfully using the go 10.3 for some time now. In a month or two the nib became very scraped off with my amount of writing. Then I inserted a new one from and 2-3 year old Boox tab ultra spares box. But that is too slick and I have lost the paper and felt pen like feel. Then I ordered from amazon the lamy nibs. Apparently they come in two options and I chose the one that was advertised as (paper like) feel. This one (https://www.amazon.nl/-/en/dp/B08M9LP3S2)
But it does not feel good. It's gliding more and not scratchy like a felt pen or pencil how the original one was....
Which nibs can I buy that feel more like the original? More paper pencil/felt like?
I have been through many setups, almost started using Markour... But then something about bullet journaling and the pen/paper relationship just had a magical touch to it.... Then almost bought supernote.... Then actually bought Boox Go 10.3... And I do my journaling BuJo style, my manga and book reading, and some writing with Bluetooth Logitech keys to go on it.
You could sync to cloud but I kinda use it as a paper notebook and reader/writer so I keep my backups local. Might do PDF backups to one of the clouds, they give you some options. But then again, a lot of my handwritten things get OCR/written into a document anyway... And after a year is done I rarely go back to the same diary anyway. And the important ones I save as PDF anyway..
This kinda setup is working for me so far.
You might be different.... As we all are.
