You are right, there will be people who remain to not buy into the side of the moral grandstanders and they will be shamed incessantly for it and grouped in the same bin as the extreme right even though that is very far from their position.
this is exactly what it's like trying to date living in phoenix
technically a beaker of pure H2O open to the atmosphere has pH 5.6
phoenix is not an affordable place to live
We got some Shomo Swift™ in the release today
contemporary democrats are not any better, they make hella frequent concessions to anti-competitive business practices under the guise of licensing or stimulus

I'm not a big fan of file managers but a GUI one like thunar is good for the sake of drag and drop.
I always install a second terminal emulator like xterm just in case of "uh oh I broke my terminal emulator"... that can happen sometimes with urxvt after updates if you do particular addons or bash configurations and such

I have never found a reason to leave i3. It is good and does what I need. I tried bspwm for a hot minute and there was aspects I liked, but I felt the documentation was lacking. DWM is annoying to patch. I might try out Hyprland when I feel wayland is ready but still there are features that are missing and some will never be present. I am a big fan of X11 Forwarding and am mad people think it is not worth continuing.
Well research is always done off existing foundational theory. But one thing I know about modern physics is people are bad at explaining their work. I remember working through some of a book on statistical mechanics and there was two equation lines directly adjacent to one-another and it took me two and a half pages of work to show how to get there. I will hand it to them, though, it was terse.
Lee Harvey Oswald did not kill JFK, his head just kind of did that sometimes.
