There wasn't much of a line at 7:00 a.m. a week ago when I voted in that same building, but last year it took me half an hour or so to get up to the door. It's also typically a little longer wait on weekends.
If you find such a community, I would be very interested in hearing about it.
chatting about a new project
Started a new project, need someone that it's not going to be spoilers for to talk about it. Since it's going to be hard to digitize, going to try yammering here.
I intend to attempt some meta tricks with this, especially since it's such an odd size I had to hand build the cover. Thus the bone-shard holding it shut and the (hopefully) hand-like inner flap. There's also a pocket built into the binding where I can put hidden pages, if I want to be like "Swap out pages x and y for n and z."
Dunno. Can't really get too into it 'til I get a little further along my current project. Eagerly looking forward to this though.

What tools do you use?
I've been picking away at a pen-and-paper choose your own adventure graphic novel ever since I found some similar things in the local game store. I went through a ton of options looking for tools to make plotting the thing simpler.
So what's your favorite tool, software, technique or advice for crafting a cyoa in your favorite medium?
