Every now and then I try to dabble in farming, but it does not bring the same thrills that exploration and bounty hunting does for me. I applaud my fellow travelers that can prosper through honest work ππΏ
I dunno, I don't put filters on any of my images. I usually only find these 'filter' planets on exotics, but never on a 'normal' planet. This was the place I spawned on when I got to Zukasizawa, and it was generated with the name 'Elder'.
As I make my great intergalactic journey, I tend to leave behind insightful messages for any travelers who may come across my path
just made it to Loychazinq btw
The peaks of Golisbo
This planet had the highest mountains according to my discovery log, at a whopping 1,400.1u iirc
Views from Doctinawyra (20th galaxy)
I find it impossible to use photo mode and not take a picture of a ringed planet in the sky
that, or the anomaly 'race' are the closest we have to humans in NMS
ooh that's bleak, but very likely. it's very easy for us to amass loads of wealth, compared to most NPCs we see
The Apostle of Melody
An exotic I found a while ago in Eissentam. It was generated with that name, and I thought it went hard af so I didn't change it
a skeleton ronin, chilling out in the region of Vain

Any NMS headcanons?
A headcanon is more or less someone's personal interpretation of a piece of media's lore, when there's no text explicitly confirming it
some headcanons i have:
Those giant space stations have a lot more rooms, and may also serve as a inn for visiting pilots, among other things.
There are plenty of planets with massive sprawling cities, but either our traveler just prefers to explore the sparse worlds, or they're well hidden to avoid the sentinels
The reason why we get units for 'discovering' planets that are already occupied by a species is because it's new to the traveler's race
Growth for the sake of growth is the 'ideology' of the cancer cell
Hell yeah! I'd love to play No Man's Skyrim
I consider Bethesda to be among my favorite game devs and even I know that this is cap π§’π§’π§’π§’π§’π§’π§’π§’
Witcher 3. I tried to get into the game multiple times, and I have the complete edition on PC. I don't know why exactly it isn't clicking for me, but I just can't vibe with it.
I already posted 3 images here today, and after being a lurker on the reddit sub for more than 7 years, I finally feel like my lurking days are over πππ
Also there is something cozy about being in a small internet community
i feel the exact same way tbh. like's who's gonna scroll all the way down to my comment?
it's views like this that kept me enthralled to this game since the release date
Another common view in Isdoraijung
this game is a wallpaper simulator ππΏππΏππΏππΏππΏ
I say this as someone who considers Bethesda to be among their fav game devs:
lmao that's cap π§’π§’π§’π§’π§’π§’
I feel like I generally play a βmetaβ character my first time though any game because Iβm not ready to restrict the sort of choices Iβm making. I think knowing a game better also helps in knowing which choices I could make to shape a later character in specific directions.
this is my exact thought process half of the time when making my first character in an RPG, but I've never been able to really describe it as well :)
i'm happy that this looks like a mix between two of my favorite games: Skyrim and No Man's Sky. No Man's Skyrim, if you will. I look forward to ignoring the main quest and spending more time exploring, like i usually do in those games anyways
That time I got met with interesting dialogue
Serana Dialogue Add-on is still good, i'm just being silly
i think this next one is gonna take place on Nirn (specifically Tamriel), might be wrong tho
