This community is loosely based on and modeled after the Subreddit with the same name. It is for the posting and discussion of bad police behavior. It is to bring attention and awareness to police exceeding their authority, police committing crimes, and more.

Since Lemmy doesn't yet have a good interface for showing new users whether their accounts have been approved or not I'll use this thread so hopefully folks will know. :-)

As of right now (15th of June), all accounts have been approved. Most were approved within minutes to hours after signup.

So if you signed up an account and don't know if you were approved, you were. :-)

Going forward I'll try to post an update here after I've approved new batches so folks will know!
