You would just text the temporary number in that case and try to make an appointment, then ask location, then do more research if you can. Be wary of scams and keep whatever information you can private. If you don't know anything other than that temporary number you can't really read reviews and verify they are real. However I would think those types of ads are somewhat safer depending on what you are looking for. I think some of them are agencies which can be good or bad

I know what you mean. If you've gotten HE at this point you know how to hint or even ask. You know all the signs and then sometimes you still just end up with nothing. But just ask or use gestures and say first soft/slow or can you do x.. can use a phone to translate. If you find someone in an apartment you can talk about whatever you want. Otherwise it sounds like your providers are too mechanical and you are looking for better quality. For that I'd use reviews

If you are there for the massage and also want additional extras I would go for 90 minutes and say up front that's what you want, so you'd be paying for more table time plus two HEs. I don't leave early unless it's not a good massage. For 30 minutes they usually barely have time to massage the back side of your body. At a jack shack it might be an in and out situation where they make it apparent they want you to leave after, but I've never seen that. You could also try for an independent and ask for GFE if you want stuff afterward.
