Technology and Software development are filled with hypercapitalist and liberal ideology.
I've been trying to teach myself front-end web development after years of getting burnt out and quitting repeatedly.
This is mainly due to how so many sources and software are monitized and how everybodies goal in the field is to make money, generally by starting a business and becoming a capitalist.
How do you get around it? How do we avoid the hypercapitalist nature of the modern tech industries?
Yeah, I don't disagree with you. I live in The US and even if you can get people to listen about leftist ideologies they are only receptive to Anarchism, Trotskyism or Democratic Socialism (the kind that's not even socialist) Most people are blinded with soviet era propaganda and pass that on to their children, even among the so called leftist groups.
