I like to use Duelingbook and Dueling Nexus. Duelingbook is great for playing more rogue builds in unrated and even has a Goat format queue.
As others have said, Linux Mint (Cinnamon) is an obvious choice.
Alternatively, I recommend Tuxedo OS. It’s a KDE based distro developed by a German company that makes various computers which run Linux out of the box. You get the developer support of a company that ships machines with the distro (like System 76’s Pop!_OS) and a more Windows like experience than Pop!_OS’ gnome desktop environment.
I’ve been playing a lot of Melffy-Spright on DB and at locals. I’ve been really enjoying it. Iblee lock + 4-5 interruptions feels great.
When playing for fun I enjoy Virtual World. The CYAC support provides a way to make lvl 10 synchros and catches people off guard.
